Most recently serving as Director of IT Operations & Security at a major international organization, responsible for infrastructure, security, operations, service management and support at group level. Recently certified as an AI Manager (ISO/IEC 17024), he built N-ICT not as a consultant looking in, but as the person accountable for infrastructure, teams, budgets, and delivery at the same time.
